Tyranny Manifests

Judges liken terror laws to Nazi Germany
London Independent /16 Oct 2005

A powerful coalition of judges, senior lawyers and politicians has warned that the Government is undermining freedoms citizens have taken for granted for centuries and that Britain risks drifting towards a police state. One of the country's most eminent judges has said that undermining the independence of the courts has frightening parallels with Nazi Germany.
Senior legal figures are worried that "inalienable rights" could swiftly disappear unless Tony Blair ceases attacking the judiciary and freedoms enshrined in the Human Rights Act.

Lord Ackner, a former law lord, said:
"I think it is terribly important there should not be this apparent battle between the executive and the judiciary. The judiciary has been put there by Parliament in order to ensure that the executive acts lawfully. If we take that away from the judiciary we are really apeing what happened in Nazi Germany," he said.

Lord Carlile, a deputy High Court judge, warned against the whittling away of historic civil liberties. "We have to be acute about protecting what is taken for granted as inalienable rights. In the United States the Patriot Act included a system whereby a witness to a terrorist incident can be detained for up to a year. This is in the land of the free."

The senior barrister remarked that judges had now replaced MPs as the defenders of basic human rights." People used to look to their MPs as the first port of call to deal with any perceived injustice by the executive. Now there is an increasing tendency for people to look to the judges to protect their liberties," he said.

If Mr. Blair's proposed terror legislation was unamended, said Anthony Scrivener QC, "Britain would be a significant step closer to a police state".

The Countercharge Comment

Thankfully this particular legislation was amended. However the amended bill still passed and destroys certain rights that we have had for centuries.
The agenda just rolls on with new measures imposed constantly as I hope this newsletter illustrates.

Where is all this going?

It is hard to say how far our leaders will take us down the road to tyranny. It depends how much the people will accept before it is too late. It is important that people are at least aware of what is happening.
It is also important to recognise that this is not a party political issue. There are members of parliament from all sides whose loyalties are not to the British people. In the interests of brevity more information can be found at, Prisonplanet.com and thecountercharge.blogspot.com

I will try and make this as brief as possible.

The government does not trust us..... and why should it if we are so obsessed in ranting what should and should'nt become of our country by means of arrogance and nieveness.

It is our own fault for letting things getting messy as they are... our moral dream for equality and freedom is too unrealistic to be practible; this dream which is antagonist British to history and its relations to other nations.

As much as many prefer democracy and freedom and equality we have to remember we are only bound by instinct which is the foundation of socio-darwinism (See wikipedia); we are no better than animals; to think any less of them is foolish as it should be appreciated that many species have succeeded in building
societies which has allowed the species to survive for aeons by means of a social structure that limits the choices of many within it.

British society has a history; not tradition where by it has exploited freedom for its own personal agendas. We cannot change that as the current generations of the vicitms/minorities who it exploited have now shown to exploit the current generations of those who did; thus threatning the freedom of those who are the majority. (Please refer to affirmitive action and reverse racism on wikipedia).

These extreme measures are only a means of control and management because they know that matters which require such exhaustive debate cannot be resolved... and
what use are they not being resolved?

It is just too hard for a government to manage so many voices, opinions as one is an antagonist of another which means neither can co-exist in a system/society s that leads to chaos and anarchy.
This "Hitler" like approach is the resultant of the confusion and fear within the government because multi-cultural influence and hi-pace technological progress has not been managed effectively enough.

Democracy at this stage is not working. The media, terrorism and arising xenophobia among the nation has been a catalyst for these actions taken.

In other words the government has been losing control of the nation with many factors involved other than social ones which i've severely expressed in this.

A governments function is to manage its country; whether it be moral/immoral but when it can't the possibility of revolution... national collapse is only
predictable in the future.

I doubt anything can be done to counter this legislation (Legislative and and Regulatory Reform bill) because i am sure the
many reactionary bourgois will be in favour to keep ministers who are within "Close friendship" with will support this legislation.

It's just one of those "Tough shit" things.

I too have tried to keep this reasonably concise without sermonizing too much. Not always possible on a history/politics discussion!

Whilst equality and freedom are an ideal rather than an achievable practicality, neither is perfection achievable. A society based on love, morality and respect can be achieved.

I agree that a regimented, ordered society would In theory bring greater stability. But all men are equal. The facist ideology- (survival of the fittest) that the elite have naturally embraced, is fundamentally evil and satanic. (Quite true if one researches Satanism). I disagree that we are no better than animals. There are many obvious differences.

Man has a conscience.

You assert that the move towards facism is the result of the government need to assert order. ‘A governments function is to manage its country’, the extent of this management is debatable. This brings us to the point of the naievety of the ‘people’.

This notion of a chaotic threatened society has been orchestrated. Classical dictatorship facism and requires the conditioning of ‘civilians’ to create an atmosphere of fear, and offering the solution. Order out of chaos or the Hegelian dialect

The ‘threat’ of terrorism is such an exercise. I only look at three points and not the propaganda-
- who has a history of orchestrating terrorism both at home and abroad? (operation Northwoods, operation gladio, 9-11, etc. etc.)
- cui prodest?- who stands to gain?
- physical evidence for government version (or lack of)

To justify greater control, government must convince its populace that it is threatened. There are numerous examples. The ‘war on terror’. the ‘war on drugs’ whilst the governmentagencies are shipping in the drugs and training the terrorists..

‘in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously.’ Mein Kampf.

The elite- consisting of financial elites and european aristocracy, are really in control. Globalism, which in reality dis-enfranchises citezenry and hands public property and sovereignty to the elite. This is their aim, controlling government, economies and now minds for their own interests.

‘The new wars are about ideas, belief systems and ideologies. The battle is no longer about winning territory; it is about winning minds… We live in a world of communication, where perception is very often the reality. Those individuals that control the perceptions are the ones that control virtually everything.’ Strategic communications laboratories website.

You state that the situation- lets call it ‘Nazification’, is just ‘one of those “tough shit things”. This is to allow yourself to be enslaved and your family be raped. BE A MAN! Stand up for yourself. You are more than a 'civilian' and a ‘useless eater’.

As the economy is blown out, your savings taken, your family poisoned (porton down, aspartame, ‘100k radiations’, ‘holocaust’, mercury in vaccine etc. etc.). The illusion of powerlessness is just that – an illusion. Shatter the illusion of 9-11 (the big lie) and the spell is broken.

We are the majority and have ALL the real power. Educate and destroy propaganda. Let love and truth reign.

Finally, some comments from your elite ‘friends’.

“A total world population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal."
Ted Turner, in an interview with Audubon magazine.

“In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation."
Prince Philip Reported by Deutsche Press Agentur (DPA), August, 1988.

“I must confess that I am tempted to ask for reincarnation as a particularly deadly virus."
Prince Philip, in his Foreward to If I Were an Animal; United Kingdom, Robin Clark Ltd., 1986.
“I don't claim to have any special interest in natural history, but as a boy I was made aware of the annual fluctuations in the number of game animals and the need to adjust the 'cull' to the size of the surplus population."
Preface to Down to Earth by HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, 1988, p.8.

“We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.”
David Rockefeller

“Even though it is quite true that any radical eugenic policy will be for many years politically and psychologically impossible, it will be important for UNESCO to see that the eugenic problem is examined with the greatest care, and that the public mind is informed of the issues at stake so that much that now is unthinkable may at least become thinkable."
Sir Julian Huxley, first Director General of UNESCO, 1946-1948
"Beware the leader who bangs the drums of war in order to whip the citizenry into a patriotic fervor, for patriotism is indeed a double-edged sword. It both emboldens the blood, just as it narrows the mind. And when the drums of war have reached a fever pitch and the blood boils with hate and the mind has closed, the leader will have no need in seizing the rights of the citizenry. Rather, the citizenry, infused with fear and blinded by patriotism, will offer up all of their rights unto the leader and gladly so. How do I know? For this is what I have done. And I am Caesar."
-- Julius Caesar
"The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State."
-- Dr. Joseph M. Goebbels Diary
